this hotel is super clean n comfy. the pool area is pretty nice, saunas are a great plus even tho the jacuzzi didn't work. breakfast was really good, felt like i got my money's worth for sure. staff were friendly n helpful, made the stay even better. the location is good, close to shops n restaurants!

The leisure facilities, including the pool and gym, offered a lovely way to unwind. the hot tub wasn't functioning, which was a bit disappointing after a long day.

i recently stayed at the mercure and it was fantastic. the room was modern with a comfy bed and a great shower, really exceeded my expectations from my last visit. breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of choices and everything tasted fresh.

Had a frustrating experience with room service where my breakfast order didn’t come through despite clearly requesting it. the hotel’s cleanliness policy regarding room servicing was unclear upon check-in, leading to a messy return after a day out. The attitude at the reception during the breakfast refund process felt off, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere, even though the overall environment was nice enough.
