The location was good, and having helpful staff in the restaurant was a plus. The hotel's proximity to the Telford International Centre was convenient. The room was air-conditioned, reasonably priced, and equipped with blackout drapes, a safe box, and a kettle. The food was reasonably priced and outstanding.

This place has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff were fantastic; the breakfast was delicious, and its location is convenient, close to the train station and shops.

The venue was in a central location near city center and conference/shopping center, and town centre. The highlight was the great food. The staff members were friendly efficient and extremely helpful.

Loved it - the place is nice and suited me fine. The location is very central. Overall the room is brilliant, soothing and includes tea/coffee, a kettle, and an iron. The service is brilliant, includes great parking.

The staff is really friendly and helpful, they even offer a free wake-up service and provide an iron if needed, and the room is cozy with convenient amenities like slippers and shower gel.

Marvellous spot near to Telford International Centre, areas of the spa and bathroom and all the restaurants and bars. Large and normal double room with twin beds, good offer. Delicious breakfasts with freshly made food.

The staff here were incredibly friendly and attentive, available around the clock, the room was nicely decorated with its own bathroom, electric kettle, and fridge.

The hotel's location was very convenient, being right next to the restaurant at breakfast, the rail station, and various restaurants and bars. The privilege king room was brand-new and had blackout curtains and tea/coffee facilities.
